Kay/Allison was founded because we saw a fundamental gap in how learning and development consultants serve professional services firms and other industries. Most L&D-focused advisory firms stop at program design, building to client specifications or thinking in limited modules and courses. They tiptoe to the edge of client client-generated spec. Where they stop, we continue—by ensuring care for business drivers generally, but laser focus on three profit drivers: retention, time to employee value, and billing, and scaling growth.

Josh LeFebvre brings over 25 years of learning and development leadership from the trenches of professional services, accounting, and consulting industries as well as other industries like construction, engineering, and oil & gas. After building and scaling learning functions at major firms, including executive roles with budgets reaching $15M and teams spanning continents,  he saw an opportunity to bring that same strategic expertise to growing firms without the full-time price tag.
